At an early stage, I knew that people would play an important part in my professional life, but at the beginning of my career it was not yet clear to me that people make out the most important key to success.

It has always been important to me as a management leader to have the ability to lead people in such a way that they discover their own potential and strengths and to use them in a goal-oriented manner.

However, this is not as easy as it may sound. Often, managers do not have the time or the ability to implement this in daily business. That was my personal motivation for further training as a CAS coach where I obtained the founding of this company.

I was eager to learn how I, as a manager, could develop and motivate my employees in a goal-oriented manner, thus increasing the motivation and commitment of the team members. Developed and empowered employees end up being more engaged, they increase customer satisfaction and move the organization forward.
